Laura brings six years of commercial real estate experience to the MacKenzie team. Supporting the marketing efforts of the brokerage division, she has been responsible for the development and management of project collateral including flyers, brochures, proposals, and presentations. She has been exposed to a variety of retail project sizes, scope, and retailing business models. Her vast experience and creativity mix to provide clients with a successful platform for achieving any real estate initiative.

Based out of MacKenzie’s headquarter office in Lutherville, Laura is an active Associate/Consultant for many of MacKenzie’s local, regional, and national clients. She has been part of a retail project’s development and marketing/leasing team, and has successfully seen leasing assignments from the early start through completion. In addition, as a life long resident of the Baltimore-Washington DMA, she possesses an active and current understanding of the submarkets within the area and potential customer reach based on local knowledge.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Laura worked as a marketing assistant for the Baltimore Investment Sales team of competitor CB Richard Ellis and most recently served as Research Analyst with CoStar where she was responsible for gathering and maintaining data on the commercial real estate market. Laura is a graduate of Towson University and is currently an actively licensed Maryland Real Estate Sales Associate.
