Adrian Hessen specializes in corporate tenant representation, developing local and multi-market occupancy strategies, and providing lease management solutions. For over a decade, he has dedicated his career to construction and real estate development. He achieves maximum results for tenants by demonstrating assertive negotiation, outstanding response time, and uncompromising integrity. When engaged by a client, Adrian is able to produce optimal rent rates, lease terms, and flexibility by creating necessary leverage and competition among building owners.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Adrian was employed by Opus East and Forrester Construction as a project manager. He has also served as President of an entrepreneurial venture. Adrian has completed a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University followed by a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
