As a Senior Real Estate Advisor with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, Meghan Gill Roy specializes in commercial sales and leasing. With over 10 years experience, Meghan works with both landlords and tenants and focuses her efforts primarily on office and medical product throughout the greater Baltimore Metropolitan area. In addition to representing more than 600,000 square feet of office and medical space, Meghan's client list includes notable regional and national firms such as Towson University, Chesapeake Urology Associates, Upper Chesapeake Health Systems, and Corporate Office Properties Trust.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Meghan was responsible for marketing and management for The Rouse Company, which supplied her with an insider's knowledge of the marketplace. This dynamic real estate management experience, coupled with her leasing and sales knowledge has proven invaluable to her clients, as she is able to draw from a broad base of information to their benefit.

A graduate of University of Delaware, Meghan is a life-long resident of the Baltimore area.
