As a Senior Property Manager, Wendy Kirby-Barnes is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of her portfolio including tenant relations, contract administration, property inspections, annual operating budget preparation, and capital improvement recommendations.

Wendy has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Prior to joining the company, she worked for York Area Development Corporation, a non-profit located in York, Pennsylvania. Wendy has also worked for Transwestern and Corporate Office Properties Trust, in Columbia, Maryland, The John Akridge Company in Washington, D.C., and The Michael Companies in Lanham, Maryland. She will be responsible for the management of several office buildings located in Owings Mills, as well as the company’s corporate headquarters located in Lutherville, Maryland.
